The body of an unidentified person was recovered from Kansa river in Purbadhala
The police recovered the half-melted body of an unidentified person floating from the river in the Purbadhala of Netrakona.
On Friday (August 5) evening, the half-melted body of an unidentified (45) person was recovered from the Kangsa river in Maheshpatti area of Hogla union of the upazila.
According to police sources, on Friday afternoon, the locals found the body of an unidentified person floating in the Kangs river flowing by Maheshpatri village of Hogla union of the upazila. After receiving the information, the police went to the spot and recovered the body.
Sub-Inspector (SI) of Purbadhala police station Saddam Hossain said that the body of a man aged approximately 45 years was recovered in a half-melted state. Although he is not wearing any clothes, he has a white gingham with a round neck. The body has not yet been identified. The body was sent to the morgue on Saturday morning for postmortem.
